6 new coronavirus cases reported in Qatar; total number in the state is 24

The State of Qatar has recently confirmed that the total number of patient with coronavirus cases has now spiked to 24 after reporting six new cases on Wednesday, March 11.

All new cases are expatriates whom have had contact with the previously announced community cases.

“The new patients have been admitted to the Communicable Disease Centre under complete isolation and the people they have had contact with have also been checked and tested,” Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health wrote on its website.
