Cebu Pacific passengers in Dubai may avail free re-booking as COVID-19 continues to spread

-

Cebu Pacific announced that passengers traveling from March 10 to April 30, 2020 may avail travel fund and free re-booking as the new coronavirus keeps on spreading globally.

“Cebu Pacific flights continue to operate as scheduled, however, we have received rebooking and cancellation requests from our passengers in light of COVID-19. Hence, we made changes to our booking policies to provide our passengers with flexibility and peace of mind,” a spokesperson from the airline was quoted as saying by The Philippine Star.

Fare difference, however, may apply.

The airline has also initially announced that it’s conducting preventive measure to combat the spread of the virus, including the following:

Via Cebu Pacific IG

-Disinfection of aircraft, aside from regular cleaning
-Crew use of personal protective equipment such as face masks and gloves
-Restriction on transferring seats during flights
-Use of air filters which block 99.99% of contaminants and viruses
