As the Philippines imposed community lockdown on Metro Manila that affects domestic land and air travels, a top government official clarified that international flights are not affected.
“Regarding international flights, flights fom Metro Manila going to and coming from abroad will be allowed, subject to travel restrictions that are currently in place,” Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles said in a statement.

He also added that if one is a Filipino citizens and comin from abroad, passengers will be allowed to come home, subject to strict quarantine guidelines.
Those who will be going to provinces, Nograles said that passengers should fly in via Clark, Cebu and other airports not under quarantine.
Non-Filipinos who wish to fly home from Metro Manila are also allowed.
