All airports in Luzon will not be allowed to operate outbound international flights starting March 20 due to the enhanced community quarantine.
According to Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), outbound foreigners will still be allowed to travel for a period of 72 hours from the effectivity of the quarantine.
The community quarantine is all set to start at 12am on Tuesday, March 17.
Currently, Filipinos are not allowed to leave the Philippines through any of the international airports in Luzon starting Tuesday.
Inbound flight passengers will be allowed transit but subject to quarantine procedures if they come from a country with existing travel restrictions imposed by IATF.
There are a total of 142 coronavirus cases in the Philippines as of Monday, with 12 deaths and three recoveries.
