‘We are proud of all of you.’
This is the message of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of Dubai, after praising the front liners–doctors and nurses’ effort in fighting against the coronavirus.

A video has been shared many times online, showing the ruler commending the medical practitioners efforts as he carried out his daily follow-up on Covid-19 cases in the UAE.

“We are proud of you… proud of all the doctors, nurses, paramedics, and administrators in the health sector. You are the front line in our nation’s defence… the task you are undertaking is a great one,” Sheikh Mohammed said on a telephone interview with Dr. Sarah Kazem, head of the Department of Dubai Health Authority.
He added that the national government is ready to provide whatever necessary to ensure the safety of people and the nation.
