UAE has clarified a confusion over not wearing a mask and getting fined for it.

According to Dr. HamadAl Shamsi, UAE Atty. General, said that only people who feel unwell of showing Covid-19 symptoms must wear a mask if they’re leaving the premises to visit an indoor or public places.

Covid-19 symptoms include getting high fever, shortness of breathing, coughing, sore throat, among others.

However, other supermarkets in the UAE, such as Union Coop, Al Maya, and Shop and Save, are not permitting their customers to go inside without wearing a mask.
