Residence visa that will be expired on March 1, 2020 will be renewed for three months for free.

According to a Gulf News report, citing the UAE Cabinet, those residents whose residency visa or employment visas to be expired on March 1 can be renewed for a period of three months free of cost.

Those whose residence visa expires on March 1 are also exempted from any financial irregularities incurred under the current conditions.

“The Cabinet also agreed not to calculate administrative fines for violations of the services provided by the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality for a renewable period of three months, starting on April 1, 2020.
