The Community Development Authority (CDA) reacted on a circular that is making the rounds on social media, claiming that the national government of UAE has imposed new communication regulations.
“These measures, specifically related to phone conversations and the use of platforms such as WhatsApp, Twitter and Facebook, are entirely fabricated,” the Dubai Media Office posted on its Facebook account.
