A day after confirming 241, UAE records 294 new Covid-19 cases

A day after confirming 241, the United Arab Emirates has recorded 294 coronavirus cases, taking the total number of cases to 1,798.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention also announced 19 new recoveries, taking the total to 144 as of April 5, 2020.

Residents are advised to stay home as the authorities imposed 24 hour national sterilization programme across the emirate.
