Police in UAE interrupt residents cheering to thank them for staying home


A clip showing police officers in Abu Dhabi interrupting cheers from residents to thank them for staying home is now going viral on the internet.

Abu Dhabi Police momentarily interrupted the loud cheers of the residents on their windows and balconies, saying “One moment, one moment, thank you all for staying at home and folliwing the instructions.”

The police officers were welcomed with applause and whistles.

In a separate video, police patrol cars are roaming in the area and playing UAE’s national anthem while residents watch excitedly and cheering them.
