A welfare officer at the Philippine Overseas and Labor Officer has recently been suspended after allegedly cursing a displaced overseas Filipino.
According to a Radyo Singko 92.3 News FM report, Danilo Flores was suspended after getting accused by an OFW in the distribution of Overseas Welfare and Workers Administration food aid package.
The report noted that the incident is now being investigated.
In a Facebook post that’s going viral now, the OFW said that she was just asking the officer if the relief pack is indeed worth AED 200 to AED 300 as per the Philippine government’s announcement.
