Almost 15,000 OFWs have already been repatriated amid Covid-19 pandemic

-

Some 15,000 overseas Filipino workers have already been repatriated by the Philippine government amid Covid-19 pandemic.

Of 15,000, 11,779 are seafarers, while 3,132 are land-based OFWs.

“The return was made possible through the partnership of government agencies such as DOH-BOQ, OWWA, DOTr, and the private sectors under the whole-of-society approach,” Facebook community page OFW Help posted.
