Tenants in these buildings in Dubai and Sharjah to go rent-free for 3 months

-

A UAE-based developer announced three-month rent exemption for hundreds of its commercial and residential tenants in an effort to relieve the impact of Covid-19.

Al Husn Properties will supports its tenants for three months due to the unemployment and pay cuts in the country.

“It is a part of our civic duty to be with the UAE Government’s effort to support society and reduce its burden during the current situation. The idea behind this initiative is to encourage other property owners to have a humanitarian approach towards tenants in this time of crisis,” Mustafa Al Husseiny, General Manager of Al Husn-Properties, said.

Some 600 tenants from the developer’s commercial offices, shops, warehouses and residential apartments in Dubai and Sharjah will benefit from this decision.
