Ex Overseas Workers Welfare Administrator Arnel Ignacio made a comment on the viral Facebook live of an overseas Filipino worker in Dubai regarding relief pack operation.

Ignacio, an actor and comedian, said that Joy Parafina, the OFW whose Facebook live gone viral for claiming that an OWWA officer cussed at her, is on tourist visa and has expired last March, thus making her an undocumented Filipino.

E kaso inunang magalit at magpost, e marami tuloy nadamay,” Ignacio said.

He also mentioned that Filipinos are easy to defend one side without even knowing the real story behind.
