The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai and the Northern Emirates announced the resumption of consular services for OFWs, however, following Covid-19 preventive measure, prior appointment is required before going to the Philippine mission.
The services will be available starting on Sunday, April 26.
“The Consulate will be able to accommodate a limited number of clients in a given time following the guidelines and protocols for reopening of establishments issued by the Dubai Government on April 23, 2020,” the statement read.

The online appointment forms that one will be filling out will be converted to actual consular forms that will be printed by the consulate for signature.
“Make sure to print the QR code or save it in your mobile phone to facilitate access into the consulate,” it added.
Meanwhile, passport applicants with prior appointment will be contacted directly by the Philippine mission.
