The services will be available starting on Sunday, April 26.

“The Consulate will be able to accommodate a limited number of clients in a given time following the guidelines and protocols for reopening of establishments issued by the Dubai Government on April 23, 2020,” the statement read.

Following are links where OFWs need to register to avail of the services:

Notarization and Authentication of Legal Documents…

The online appointment forms that one will be filling out will be converted to actual consular forms that will be printed by the consulate for signature.

“Make sure to print the QR code or save it in your mobile phone to facilitate access into the consulate,” it added.

Meanwhile, passport applicants with prior appointment will be contacted directly by the Philippine mission.
