A Facebook video of a ‘mass gathering’ in the Philippines of OFWs where Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Deputy Admin Mocha Uson seen attending it is now going viral on the internet amid strict enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).

In a Facebook post, Mocha Uson confirmed her attendance although mass gathering in the Philippines is prohibited under ECQ.

According to a Twitter post by GMA News, the OFWs in the photos are under the mandatory 14-day quarantine period in a resort in Batangas since they came from abroad amid Covid-19 pandemic.

“Kinamusta po natin ang kalagayan ng 322 OFWs natin sa Matabungkay Lian Batangas,” Uson wrote in an April 25 Facebook post.
