President Duterte ‘completely neutral’ as far as the ABS-CBN franchise issue is concerned

-

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said that the Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte is completely neutral on the issue of ABS-CBN franchise renewal.

Roque said that Duterte wants his allies in the House of Representatives to ‘vote as your conscience dictates.’

He said that the leader is ‘completely neutral’ and that he will not intervene with their decision.
