UAE starts distributing food baskets which will run for three months

The Authority of Social Contribution-Ma’an has started to distribute food baskets to citizens and residents in Abu Dhabi whose employment has been impacted by the economic situation.

A total of 512 food baskets have been distributed in the first batch in Abu Dhabi as part of the organization’s food support scheme.

According to the Emirates News Agency, the food basket deliveries will run for three months. Different sizes of baskets of supplies for individuals, couples or families in Abu Dhabi who have been affected by the coronavirus crisis.

Baskets will continue to be distributed all throughout Ramadan. Applications can be done through the Together We Are Good website.
