The Philippine National Police is now investigating the possible violations of social distancing measures during the birthday celebration of a top police official in metro manila.
The birthday celebrant, National Capital Region Police Office Chief Maj. Gen. Debold Sinas is on hot water after his photos celebrating his birthday circulated online and netizens pointing out they did not follow the social distancing protocol.
Attendees can also be seen drining alcohol amid the nationwide liqour ban.
