A total of 70 parks in Dubai will open starting on Monday, May 18.
The Dubai Municipality said in a Gulf News report that public parks and recreational facilities will reopen through ‘gradual and successive stages.’
The reopening of the 70 parks is part of the second of a three phase approach by the Dubai Municipality.
The first phase is slated from May 12 to 18 and will see the reopening of the following parks:
-Zabeel
-Al Safa
-Al Barsha South
-Al Sufouh
-Al Mankhool
-Al Liseily
-Nad Al Sheba-2 parks
-Nad Al Sheba-4 Park
-Al Worood in Nad Al Sheba-4
-Al Twar 2 and 3 parks
-Mosque Park
-Al Mizhar-1, 2 and 4
-Al Qusais 2 and 3
-Nadd Al Hamr
-Al Warqaa-2 parks.
-7 family squares
Meanwhile, the second phase will start on May 18 that includes the reopening of 70 parks, which include neighborhood parks and pond parks as well as the Miracle Cave and the Glasshouse in Quranic Park, in addition to new yards of Maintenance Department in 34 locations.
The third phase is set to begin on May 25 that includes reopening of Mushrif, Al Mamzar, Al Khor, Zabeel, and Al Safah park.
Gatherings in the mentioned parks are limited to groups of fie people or less.
