A UAE-based health group has recently launched an initiative wherein Dubai residents can get Covid-19 test from the comfort of their home for only AED400.

“We offer the Reverse Transcriptase Polyemrase Chain Reaction (rTPCR) test at home. This test is the gold standard diagnostic tool for Covid-19,” Avivo health group was quoted as saying by Gulf News.

Avivo added that they have a home car division and are licensed to send health care workers home on call.

“Many people are scare to venture out, including the elderly, those with children and determined people, for them in it could be cumbersome to drive to a test centre,” the health care addition.

The group charges one AED 400 per person. Discounts are available for large group bookings, including those workers in accommodations.

The service is also available for Sharjah residents.

Results will be available in 24 hours.

To book, please call 050-291-9005 or 055-548-8911.
