The Philippine National Bank (PNB) in Dubai is giving away free PNB OFW savings accounts through the Filipino Institute’s Facebook live segment today at 5pm.
“Kung sino man ang maswerteng matawagan ang syang panalo ng ATM new account at iba pang pa-premyo mula sa aming mga partners,” the Filipino Institute posted.
