Help pours in as Pinay OFW in Dubai on no-work-no-pay barters canned goods for bottled water

-

Help poured in as a Filipina in Dubai on a no-work-no-pay scheme bartered her three canned goods for bottled water.

“Hi everyone, I would like to barter these with water. Please, I am on a no-work-no-pay arrangement. I can’t buy water, please barter these with water,” Facebook user Maria Louise Jolli wrote on Amicable Barter Community in Dubai – ABCD on Sunday, June 14.

As of this writing, nearly 100 people have commented on her post, asking about her location so help can be delivered without bartering her ration.

“Location po Ate? No need to barter po. No work no pay din po ako but if you need food and water, I am willing to share,” group member Rae Chel commented.

Many have been asking her location, telling her bartering canned goods is not necessary.

“Location mo sis, huwag na mag barter bigyan kita ng water and groceries,” Maria Cristina Santos commented.

Jolli, in one of her comments, said that she resides at Al Salam Tower in Al Barsha just behind City Max.

After all, bayanihan is still not dead among Filipinos.
