Travel ban in Abu Dhabi extended for a week; here’s how to request permit

Abu Dhabi’s borders will remain closed for another week. 

The announcement also covers Al Ain and Al Dhafra. 

Since imposing the travel ban on June 2, no one from Abu Dhabi has been able to leave the city. 

This is the third time the extension has been renewed. 

The third extension starts on Tuesday, June 6. 

Police officials are monitoring the borders of Abu Dhabi.
