Man buys gold face mask that costs AED14,214 that can’t protect him against Covid-19

A man in Indian has recently showed-off his face mask made out of gold which costs around AED14,214. 

The man, Shankar Kurade of the Pimpri-Chinwad Region of Pune, has been making the rounds online for buying such an expensive face mask that he himself is unsure if it can help him not to get the virus. 

Kurade’s photo showing off the gold face mask and a matching chunky gold chain have been shared on the internet lately. 

Just recently, an Indian man was also made the rounds on the internet after purchasing a silver mask for his wedding collection.
