Leni Robredo tells public to remember names who voted against ABS-CBN franchise

Vice President Leni Robredo said that the house committee’s decision to reject ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal has a ‘chilling effect’ as it eradicates thousands of jobs. 

“Pangunahin dapat sa agenda ng lahat ang pagtugon sa pandemya. All hands on deck dapat, kasama na ang pagpapaabot ng tamang impormasyon sa bawat Pilipino. Nakakalungkot isipin ang landas na piniling tahakin ng Kamara, imbes na pagtuonan ang pagbabantay sa maayos na implementasyon ng mga programa laban sa Covid-19,” she said in a statement.
