There are several ways to check one’s UAE visa application status–be it your family’s visa, an employment visa or a tourist visa.
To track one’s visa in UAE, you need the application and reference number. Date of birth or passport number may also be required along the process.
When applying your visa to any visa service provider, make sure you ask for the application number so you can track the visa through online channels.
Checking the employment visa application status
Checking one’s employment visa status based on the emirate from which you applied. If you applied from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah, you may track your visa application status on the website of Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA).
If you have applied in Dubai or through Amer centres in Dubai, you may track your visa status through the website of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs-Dubai.
