An experienced customer service coordinator, Ace Samulde Garing is one of the latest additions to the Filipino Institute family. He is currently the Marketing Consultant of ‘Bayanihan New Media Service’, a company under the umbrella of the Filipino Institute. The media service allows merchant partners to utilize the social media and on-ground platforms of the educational institution.
Ace, a graduate of Bachelor of Science and Business Administration Major in Financial Management, described himself as an ‘outgoing and dynamic person’ as he can easily adapt to any changes in the organization and ‘ace’ it.
Prior to working at the Filipino Institute, he worked as one of the executive client coordinators at Callix Call Centre Services where he learned how to generate monthly invoices for clients, inventory, contract documentation, and troubleshooting various technical issues, among others.
Ace, who is passionate about marketing, has also worked as a fraud detection analyst, customer service representative, and internal trade processor.
Despite being new to the team, Ace said he enjoys the camaraderie and the environment in his new workplace.
