Jimmy, Mocha, Arnell, Dulce to hold online concert for President Duterte

A group of supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte is holding an online concert on August 30 dedicated to the chief executive. 

In a video shared by NDM Studios, Jimmy Bondoc, the lead performer, said that they staging the virtual concert for Duterte, whom he described as appearing very tired amid the pandemic. 

The concert, dubbed as ‘Singing for the President’, will be joined by other DDS (Duterte Die-hard Supporters), including Dulce, Chad Borja, Mocha Uson, Njel de Mesa, Paolo Santos, Thor Dulay, Arnell Ignacio, and Moymoy Palaboy. 

“Mahal naming Pangulong Duterte, gusto po namin kayo aniyayahan panoorin ang aming online concert para sainyo. We just want to sing for you,” he said. 

“To be honest, you look tired. Kami po ay nasasaktan para sainyo, so we want to sing for you, just like the good old days,” Bondoc added. 

The Filipino musician also called on other supporters to spread the word about the tribute concert.

“Kantahan naman natin si Pangulo. He looks very tired. And I think kahit paano, we can serve him, and serve the country in our small way through music, and to bring peace and love again to social media,” Bondoc further added.
