The death of Chadwick Boseman, the star of Black Panther, has shocked the world.
Boseman,43, has died from colon cancer after fighting for it for four years.
“It was the honor of his career to bring King T’Challa to life in Black Panther,” a statement by Boseman’s family said. “He died in his home, with his wife and family by his side.”
He was the first black superhero to get his own standalone film in the record-breaking Marvel franchise with 2018’s Black Panther.
