Filipino Institute looking for office secretary, admin, and graphic artist in Dubai

Filipino Institute (FI), a training institute based in the UAE, is still looking for new staff to be located in its Dubai campus. 

FI is looking for the following staff: 

Office Secretary (Dubai)

Responsibilities:

-Welcome guests, reply to the queries, and directing them to suitable school personnel

-Managing telephone calls, supplying and getting data, and directly talking to a suitable person

-Keep a check on the inventory of school materials and normal office supplies

-Design, implement, and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper

Office Admin (Dubai)

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

-Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

-Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

-Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

-Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

Graphic Artist (Dubai) 

Responsibilities:

-Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create a design

-Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message

-Design layouts, including a selection of colors, images, and typeface

-Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
