‘Hindi ako nahihiya’ Nadine Samonte now sells danggit and dilis amid Covid-19

Filipina celebrity Nadine Samonte announced that she has ventured into selling dried fish, specifically danggit and tuyo, amid the pandemic. 

She said that what’s she doing now is nothing to be ashamed of that she loves the food herself.

Yes we sell dried fishes na din. You know why? Nung nakatikim ako nito super sarap y? Actually matagal nko bumibili nyan and lagi kami mern dito sa house kasi fav din ni heather ang danggit and dilis. Etong mga dried fishes na to are fresh from Masbate tapos unsalted lahat kaya masarap. We sell by batches etong mga andto ngyn lahat sold out na po. We will post next batch availability and prices. ? We have Danggit, sweet Pusit, Palad Flakes, Big dilis boneless and Small dilis lahat hindi maalat and fresh from Masbate pa tlga kaya malinamnam hehe. Hindi ako nahihiya na magbenta ng ganito kasi sa panahon ngyn kelngn natin maging madiskarte and hindi nakakahiya kasi masarap tga?? Ang sabi ng asawa ko the new D&D queen daw ako ng south hahaha meaning? Danggit and Dilis hahaha???

“Yes we sell dried fishes na din. You know why? Nung nakatikim ako nito super sarap y? Actually matagal na ako bumibili niyan and lagi kami meron dito sa house kasi favorite din ni Heather ang danggit and dilis,” she said. 

She mentioned that she’s getting the fresh dried fish from Masbate, adding that they’re all unsalted. 

Samonte sells danggit, sweet pusit, palad flakes, big dilis boneless and small dilis, among others. 

“Hindi ako nahihiya na magbenta ng ganito kasi panahon ngayon kailangan natin madiskarte ang hindi nakakahiya kasi mahirap talaga,” she said.
