UAE arrests groom for holding wedding party and ignoring all Covid-19 safety measures

- Advertisment -

Authorities in Ras Al Khaimah have arrested a groom for organizing a wedding celebration and ignoring all safety measures to limit the spread of the new coronavirus.

The Asian man was busted after posting a series of videos on social media, showing-off the celebration, violating COVID-19 protocols.

The General Headquarters of the Ras Al Khaimah Police has learned that the gathering was held at a wedding hall in the emirate.

It reiterated its call on the public to adhere to safety measures to prevent the spread of the virus. It has also warned them that strict legal action will be taken against anyone who is caught violating the preventive measures.
