With the reopening of the newly ‘enhanced’ Manila Bay, several people gathered on the beach and netizens are pointing out that the social distancing implemented by the local authorities is not being followed.
Although only 70 persons per batch are only allowed to enter the opened portion of the coastline, several photos online are being shared showing violators of the social distancing protocols:
