50-year-old OFW in UAE given with lifetime savings cash by employer

- Advertisment -

An overseas Filipino worker in UAE has been given a lifetime savings cash by her employer for dedication in work.

The cash was given by social media star Supercar Blondie (Alex) to her Filipina PA employee Avelina. The latter is now 50 years old and has been working for Alex for almost two years now. She’s working abroad to send her kids to college.

In a video posted by Alex on her page, she set up a fake documentary interview for her employee, thinking it was just another episode for her YouTube.

While preparing for the surprise, the team of Supercar Blondie recorded video to describe the Filipina.

“Avelina does not stop working, she’s a machine. She deserves every bit of this surprise,” Alex said.

“She is always happy to see us, she’s always got a beautiful smile on and she’s just welcoming,” one employee said.

“She means so much to me, I couldn’t do what I do today without her. She’s been working with me for 2.5 years and she does everything. She runs around town doing errands. She does the PA and admin work. She even cleans the office and she makes food for us all. She even takes care of our dogs when we travel and she is so integral to the Supercar Blondie family,” Alex said.

While the fake interview was going on, Avelina was surprised by her employer with  bouquet of flowers and a box filled with cash.
