A resident in the UAE who was dismissed without reason will be receiving AED153,000 or around P2-million.

The bank employee, an Arab woman, citing court documents, will receive a huge amount which comprises her unpaid salaries, gratuity, and compensation.

When she was terminated, she was earning around AED34,000.

She filed a lawsuit against her former employer for dismissing her without giving her a good reason behind, which is punishable by law.

Working in the same bank for eight years, she was also not given a chance to explain if ever she had done wrong to the company.

She requested to have her unpaid salaries for the past three months compensation for unfair dismissal, and gratuity paid.
