New travel protocol update
In the circular shared by the Dubai Airports, it noted that a new procedure has been introduced for residents arriving in Dubai.
“All arriving passengers who are UAE residents must ensure they have been granted entry permission to travel back to the UAE. Passengers who hold a Dubai residence issued from Dubai will continue to require an entry/re-entry permit approval before planning their return,” the Dubai Airports said in a statement.
Passengers can do this through this link.
Meanwhile, all other UAE residents may obtain entry permission from the Federal Authority. The service allows residents from other emirates with a valid resident visa to confirm entry or re-entry into the country through this link.
