WOW! This Filipina in Dubai sheds down 30kg in less than one year!

A Dubai-based Filipina worker revealed that she has lost a whopping 30 kilograms in less than one year following a change in lifestyle.

Rina Grace A. Geraldes who has been living in Dubai for two years only has transformed herself by changing her lifestyle and eating habit.

She told The Filipino Times that she is now only at 60 kg from 90 kg in 2019. She started to take on a diet when she got sick in 2018.

The OFW switched to a low-carb diet and an intermittent diet. Geraldez didn’t eat rice, bread, and pasta for the longest time.

To achieve fitness goals, she also ditched sugar and sweets.

She advised her fellow Filipinos in UAE to choose ‘lutong bahay’ over fast food.
