Non-essential outbound travelers from Philippines need to comply with these requirements

- Advertisment -

Filipinos in the Philippines can now start planning for their trips or reunite with loved ones abroad as the national authorities lift the ban on non-essential outbound travel for them starting October 21.

The Clark International Airport (CIA) in Pampanga, on its Facebook page, set the requirements and procedures for Filipinos who wish to travel outside the country.

Non-essential outbound travelers must comply with the following requirements:

1. Submission of confirmed roundtrip tickets.

2. Adequate travel and health insurance for those traveling using tourist visas.

3. Immigration declaration acknowledging the risks involved in traveling.

4. Negative Antigen result taken within 24 hours before departure.

Meanwhile, Filipinos who are traveling to Dubai on a visit or tourist visa must have a negative Covid-19 PCR test certificate. This excludes children under the age of 12 and passengers who have a moderate or severe disability.

For complete requirements, please check on the Emirates’ website.
