Netizen asks gov’t help to repatriate remains of OFW in Abu Dhabi

A netizen is calling the attention of the government and private organization to help them repatriate the remains of his brother back to the Philippines.

Dindo Rodriguez posted on his Facebook account that his brother, Fidel S. Rodriguez, is currently in the Central Morgue in Abi Dhabi.

Dindo said that they were trying to coordinate with the employer of his brother but the latter was not responding.

The employer, a popular Filipino food-chain in the UAE that serves chicken barbecue, according to him, is not responding to their request.

He added that even the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi has attempted to contact the employer but to no avail.

Sila lahat mag lakad at gumastos sa empleyado nila,” he added.

Dindo said that Fidel was always expressing concern for the company.

Dindo didn’t mention the reason for her brother’s death.
