A Dubai-based cargo company is offering free shipment service to those people who want to help the people of Cagayan from the massive flooding triggered by heavy rainfall spawned by Typhoon Ulysses.

Pilipinas Express Cargo, as mentioned by a spokesperson, is giving those organizations or individuals free shipping service to further help the residents of Cagayan.

Items that are allowed to be sent to the Philippines via balikbayan box include noodles, canned goods, soaps, toothpaste, old clothes, among others.

Those willing to send help may contact the Pilipinas Express Cargo by calling 04 347 2112 or through WhatsApp 054 441 7554.

One can also go to their office at Shop no. 27, Al Khilaf Building (Titanic Building) opposite to Burjuman Centre.
