OFWs in Dubai send 72 balikbayan boxes to victims of typhoons and floods in the Philippines

- Advertisment -

A total of 72 balikbayan boxes have been filled and loaded with basic needs and essentials by various Filipino and non-Filipino groups and individuals in Dubai to help victims of typhoons and flash floods in the Philippines.

The sending of the box to the Philippines is being sponsored by Dubai-based cargo company Pilipinas Express Cargo LLC.

Initially, the plan was to send boxes to Cagayan, however, due to the massive number of people who want to chip in and send help, some boxes will also be sent to the victims of the calamities in Rizal, Marikina, Catanduanes, Camarines Sur, and Tiwi.

Meanwhile, the majority of the boxes will be delivered in Isabela, Cagayan, Rizal, and Marikina.
