FI founder provides FREE MBA program to 60 trainers, staff for career enhancement

Having a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree comes with an abundance of advantages, from high salary potential to better career opportunities. It also attracts world recognition due to its credentials and can be pursued in other career fields since it’s highly compatible with other degree programs.

Understanding these benefits, Filipino Institute founder and president, Mr. Gabriel John Rimando, has provided his 60 former and current adjunct trainers and full-time employees with free-of-charge or 100% MBA scholarship, which formal classes started on Friday, January 29 via an interactive virtual classroom.

“This is just another way of saying thank you to the unsung heroes of the Filipino Institute. These adjunct trainers are the ones who do the great deeds but receive little recognition. They may have full-time jobs, but their passion to teach their kabayans dominates,” Rimando, whose training centres present in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and neighboring countries such as Qatar and Bahrain, said.

The founder of the training institute, who has also acquired multiple master’s degrees including MBA, Masters in Project Management and Masters in Finance, the provided program can lead the trainers to the next step in their careers.

“An MBA can enhance their business skills, such as leadership or strategic thinking, that will be good firepower when applying for management-level positions or promotions,” Rimando, who is currently taking his Ph.D. in Business Administration, added.

Rimando also added that they can use this education to launch their own business ventures in the future.
