A Dubai-based Filipino was surprised to receive a new car from social media star Supercar Blondie.

As posted on the influencer’s Facebook page, she was seen surprising Jeric, the Filipino who received the car. The latter said he was ‘star-struck’ for meeting Supercar Blondie face-to-face at a carpark in the emirate.

“Look, I got a surprise for you today,” the influencer said.

“All your colleagues talked to me about how hard you work. You always have a smile on your face. Jeric, you are such a deserving person about what’s just about to happen. I just want you to turn around,” she added as she showed the Filipino the new black Hyundai Elantra.

The Filipino has won Supercar Blondie’s social media competition after his boss wrote that he is the most deserving employee to win the car.

“He’s my team member. He joined us three years back. He came from the Philippines with empty pockets. During the pandemic when everyone experienced salary cuts, the smile never left his face,” Abir, his boss, said in a video message.
