The team of the Filipino Institute has recently conducted client visitation to their merchant partners and advertisers in an effort to further build rapport and client-advertiser relationship.
The training institute, along with its subsidiary companies–The Global Filipino Magazine, Dubai Vibes Magazine, and St. Zita Cleaning Services–visited a total of 13 establishments across the emirate.
The team visited Right Health, Pancake House, Teriyaki Boy & Sizzlin’ Steak, Gerry’s Grill, Metro Manila Supermarket, Kobe, Ajemono, Coral Perfumes, Burger King, Cancio’s Restaurant, Millia, Fujian, and Raddison Blu Hotel Deira.
According to Mr. Gabriel John Rimando, the owner and president of the Filipino Institute and the sole owner of its subsidiary companies, a personal visit creates and helps builds a long-term relationship with the customer.
“Client visits are key to keeping them. It keeps you close to them,” he added.
“It’s also important to get their feedback and to know how we can further help them,” Rimando further added.
