A number of Filipino Institute students taking Masters of Business Administration (MBA) has conducted a feeding program and distribution of school supplies on Saturday, April 10 at to more than 100 children residing in Nalhub, Dalaguete, Cebu.
The project is part of the requirements for the MBA class. Spearheaded by MBA students Henry Heredia and Michelle Moreno, with the guidance of MBA professor Dr. Jay Castillo, their mission is to feed children and serve them with a nutritious meal, provide them a package filled with learning materials, and strengthen the community relationship by promoting full citizenship and participating in the society.
The initiative was concluded in partnership with DonAn, Kim Tag-at Ybanez, Juecoree, Hive, NOPTI FITS Review 2020 Northern Emirates Group, Wynlove, Filipino Institute Business School, Guardians Brotherhood International Federation Incorporation, Mhy Mhaii Belda Ambrad, the SK Chairman of Nalhub, and Cristina Heredia.
While following the local protocols set by the pertinent authority, the organizers have also conducted fun educational games.
“For a week of preparation, it leads to a great and successful day event. Once again, thank you everyone for the trust, donations, and encouragement. Because of you, we were able to make more than a hundred children happy and leave a smile on their face,” Heredia said.
