PAL provides options for passengers whose flights have been canceled

Philippine Airline (PAL) has been canceling international flights since the government imposed restrictions on inbound passengers to 1,500 per day. Many returning Filipinos abroad have been whining over the cancelations since the imposition last month. 

Just recently, it canceled a total of 11 flights between Manila and Dubai from April 10 to 26. 

Below are the canceled flights between Manila and Dubai:

Meanwhile, the scheduled flights on April 17 and April 24 remained unaffected. 

Passengers whose flights have been affected are urged to avail of the following options: 

1. Convert your ticket to a travel voucher with 10% bonus and valid for up to 2 years, which must be requested on or before June 30, 2021. 

2. Avail of unlimited rebooking (no rebooking fee) until December 31, 2021.  If you will be completing your travel in the same booking class by June 30, 2021 (or ticket validity, whichever comes first), there will be no fare difference charge.

3. Refund your ticket without penalties.
