The Global Filipino Magazine is looking for individuals who have unique, inspiring, and motivating stories to be published on its succeeding issues.

Now on its 12th issue, the UAE-based publication continues to champion the success of Filipinos across the world and share interesting stories that matter to the global Filipino community.

According to Mr. Gabriel John Rimando, the publisher, the magazine has been an avenue to boost the morale of Filipinos across the world.

“We have already featured more than 150 stories so far and we are inclined to feature more in the coming issues. We have been doing our best to look for the best story to be shared in our platform,” he added.

Recently, the publication has revealed the first Global Filipino Icon Awards which aims to recognize the country’s outstanding and exemplary overseas Filipino workers who have shared notable contributions in the international arena.

“It also pays tribute to OFWs for their significant efforts in fostering goodwill among peoples of the world, enhancing the promoting the image of the Filipino as a competent, responsible, and dignified worker. It also aims at providing proper recognition to deserving finalists, thus setting up examples for others to emulate, and for the country to be proud of,” Rimando said.
