In an effort to help Filipinos prepare before taking the plunge into the corporate world, Filipino Institute has opened four internship posts for its Dubai and Abu Dhabi campus. It’s open for both Filipino Institute and non-Filipino Institute students.

Its Accounting, Social Media, Creatives, and Sales and Marketing departments will accept internships and provide hands-on training for the interns. The training institute, which is one of the leading Filipino-owned educational institutions in the region, requires interns to complete 100 hours of on-the-job training on flexible timings.

“We produce thousands of graduates quarterly and apart from giving them quality education, we are also open to provide them real work scenarios,” Mr. Gabriel John Rimando, the founder and president of the Filipino Institute, said.

UAE may be a hub of opportunities, however, many companies seek an applicant with relevant work experiences.

“We understand that this is the dilemma of our fellow kabayans here. And with this program, they will be able to experience and learn first-hand,” Rimando said.

Interns, after successfully completing the required number of hours, will be receiving a certificate of proof that he or she has interned in the training institute, an acknowledgment letter, and a recommendation letter for a price of AED315.

To know more about the internship program, please coordinate with Mr. Trebb Gomez at +971 54 306 2150.
