Fully vaccinated UAE residents may now spend holidays in Cyprus from May 10

- Advertisment -

Starting May 10, fully vaccinated residents from 65 countries, including UAE, will be allowed to spend their holidays in Cyprus without restrictions.

Savvas Perdios, the island’s tourist minister, said that these sectors don’t need to provide a negative Covid-19 test nor quarantine.

As long as tourists received complete vaccine doses, they are permitted to enter the country.

Among the countries included in the green list are Armenia, Bahrain, Canada, Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon, the United States, Switzerland, and UAE.

Tourists, however, are still mandated to follow health protocols in place, such as wearing face masks and observing social distancing.

So far, the country recorded a total of 298 deaths related to Covid-19 and 61,576 infections.
